When we accept a return

The piece is counterfeit Full refund, with no time limit. A recognised third-party authenticator's written opinion is the basis. This also applies to pieces bought on layaway.
The condition differs from the published grade Send us photos within 3 days of receiving the piece and we refund it in full. We cover the shipping both ways.

Before you decide

We do not accept change-of-mind returns, so we make it easy to be sure first. Message us for extra photos, a video of the piece, or a live video call. There is no limit on how much you can ask to see.

Why the grade matters: every listing spells out the exact flaws we found, so the piece you receive should match what you were shown. If it does not, the rule above applies.
