Every piece goes through our own inspection before it is listed. We check:
The result is written down in an inspection certificate that ships with the bag. It lists the grade, the flaws we found, and the product details.
We grade in five steps. The grade is only a summary. Every listing also spells out the exact flaws we found.

We never list a piece below grade B.
Every bag ships with our written inspection certificate. Anything else, such as the box, dust bag or cards, depends on the piece, so it is listed individually on each product.
If a recognised third-party authenticator ever finds a piece we sold to be counterfeit, we refund it in full, with no time limit. Send us the written opinion and we will arrange the refund and the return.
